Exchange policy
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- 1 Our team will arrange a pickup from your location and deliver the exchanged product once the request is processed.
- 2 Please ensure the product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging and condition.
- 3 Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. After successful verification, your exchange order will be processed.

Refund Policy
We currently do not offer monetary refunds.
If you choose to return a product instead of exchanging it, you will receive a store credit issued to your registered email address.
