process.
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will arrange a
pickup from your location and deliver the exchanged product once the request is processed.
Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging and
condition. Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. After
successful verification, your exchange order will be processed.
The complete exchange process—from pickup to delivery of the new product—may take 7–14
working days
